Chelsea is a rockstar! She is working with our family during our busy weeks and I’m so grateful. We have a 3.5 and 1.5 year old and she is caring, attentive and creative with both! Chelsea is knowledgeable on Montessori style learning and development and did a great job getting the girls to explore their environment, learn through sing-a-longs and during outdoor play. Chelsea was professional and communicative and both girls quickly gravitated towards her. We were happy with the routine Chelsea quickly established for the girls and the way she navigated the adjustments to different sleep schedules. Chelsea was nice to work with and we will miss her dearly.

Chelsea has been such a great fit for our family.

She manages our family's schedules well while keeping our children engaged. She is fully present and joyful, and when big emotions show up, she stays calm and unflappable.

Additionally, she cares for our newborn and gives him a ton of love and attention and is comfortable with all aspects of infant care. She has been an invaluable presence during my postpartum adjustment, I couldn't have done it without her!
