Chelsea is a rockstar! She is working with our family during our busy weeks and I’m so grateful. We have a 5 and 3 year old and she is caring, attentive and creative with both! Chelsea has been the nanny for our nanny share for our daughter and another toddler girl who were both 13 months when the nanny share started. We were the host family with everyone meeting at our home three days a week.

Chelsea was professional and communicative and both girls quickly gravitated towards her. We were happy with the routine Chelsea quickly established for the girls and the way she navigated the adjustments to different sleep schedules. She also handled the transitioning of the other girl in (who was entering a new

environment) very well and intentionally used comforting tools to build comfort during the drop offs. By the second week, the parents could drop her off without any crying.

Chelsea is knowledgeable on Montessori style learning and development and did a great job getting the girls to explore their environment, learn through sing-a-longs and during outdoor play.

We also appreciated Chelsea's receptiveness to feedback we would give her. Conversations on adjustments we wanted to see always flowed easily and she would internalize and give back some ideas based on her professional experience.

Overall, Chelsea was very nice to work and the girls will miss her dearly. Due to unexpected family life event and adjustments surrounding that, we needed to sadly step away. We enjoyed the experience with Chelsea and would recommend her to any young families.

Chelsea has been such a great fit for our family.

She manages our family's schedules well while keeping our children engaged. She is fully present and joyful, and when big emotions show up, she stays calm and unflappable.

Additionally, she cares for our newborn and gives him a ton of love and attention and is comfortable with all aspects of infant care. She has been an invaluable presence during my postpartum adjustment, I couldn't have done it without her!

Chelsea started with our family when our son was just 2 months old. He is our first child and was born six weeks early, so we were especially anxious about finding the right fit for our postpartum care.

Fast-forward to our son now being nearly 8 months old, Chelsea has been an exceptional fit for our family, working diligently every week, even stepping in to house-sit/animal-sit while we traveled out of town.

From the very beginning, her warmth, reliability, and incredible empathy stood out. She has a remarkable emotional intelligence that allowed her to connect deeply with both our family and our son, B (and our cat and dog). She became part of our family during her time with us.

She not only followed the curriculum of the Montessori developmental plan but also brought her own research and creative ideas to the table. She found thoughtful ways to keep B engaged, ensuring their time together was both efficient and joyful.

It's hard to imagine finding someone like Chelsea again and we are sad we have to part ways as we are relocating geographically. She has been an invaluable part of our lives, and we can't recommend her highly enough to any family lucky enough to work with her!

Chelsea was really great about making sure to meet our far above average needs for our two developmentally delayed children. We had triplets at 26 weeks, and, as such, they were pretty behind in their progress. They also had health concerns not typically present in other children.

Chelsea met the challenges they presented at that time better than we could have imagined! In addition to normal diaper, feeding, and supervising them, she also gave breathing treatments, administered medicines, helped to potty train and learn to use utensils, integrated developmental exercises from their therapists, nurtured them, and provided an excellent level of education and personal care. On top of all that, she is also very pleasant, conversationally enjoyable, intelligent, fun, respectful, honest, and charismatic. Chelsea has been taking care of our 3 year old and supporting our postpartum period, and has been a great addition to our child care. She manages our toddler's school pick ups and been with us for many transitions, including moving and inviting our newborn boy.
